Standard Documents.
Every Shipment.

Every shipment carries four core documents as standard: a Commercial Invoice, a Packing List, the Bill of Lading and a Certificate of Origin.

The invoice shows the goods, the HS code, the price and the Incoterm. The packing list shows how many cartons, their weight, and the container number, so each carton can be traced back to your order.

Antaara’s Position

The original Bill of Lading proves who owns the cargo. That is why it reaches you only once your balance is paid, either to us or through your L/C bank, so both the money and the goods stay protected until then.

Many countries ask for more than these four documents. Depending on your market, you may also need a phytosanitary, health, fumigation or Halal certificate, or a lab report, and you will know best which ones.

Some markets also want their own approval, such as MOCCAE in the UAE, SFDA in Saudi Arabia or NAFDAC in Nigeria, so please tell us early.

We arrange whichever of these documents your market asks for. Tell us early, and their full cost will be shown in your quote, so you know the total price before you confirm, and nothing comes as a surprise later.

Labelling & HS Code

Labelling Is Set
Before Packing.

Antaara prints the label the way you ask, as part of custom packing. We cannot know your country’s label rules unless you tell us, so please send them in writing before we confirm the order and start work.

That covers the language, the importer name and address, the marks your law needs, and any logo. A label cannot be changed once printed.

Antaara’s Position

We put the Indian HS code on the invoice and the packing list. Your country may use a different code for the same product, so please ask your customs agent to confirm it at your end, well before the goods reach your port.
