Four Brothers. One Business. One Direction.
Built Together. Tested Together. Still Together.
Naraindas raised a family of eight children in Surat — four daughters and four sons. His daughters married and built their own families, carrying the same values of unity and warmth that defined the Tulsiani home. His four sons — Dilip, Girish, Harish, and Jagdish — began joining the business in the early 1990s, learning trade from their father side by side.
On 7th December 1995, Naraindas passed away suddenly. He was the centre of the family — and his absence could have broken everything. Instead, it did the opposite.
It was their mother, Draupati Naraindas Tulsiani, who held the family together in those darkest days. Her strength, her courage, and her unwavering belief in her sons gave them the motivation to stand up when everything around them had changed. Harish and Jagdish, still young and mid-studies, left without hesitation to join their brothers. No one asked them to. They simply knew.
Four brothers stood together, rebuilt from what they had, and kept the family whole — because their mother had shown them how. Not as a hierarchy. Not as departments. As one.
Over the years that followed, the brothers grew together, moving through shoe wholesale, textiles, and construction as one unit. Each time one brother saw an opportunity, the others backed him. Each time one business ran its course, they moved forward together. No one was ever left behind. No one ever moved alone. Every step forward was taken together as a family.
1960s — 1995
Naraindas builds PAICO Footwear from nothing. Dilip starts a new footwear wholesale venture in 1992 with his father’s guidance. Girish joins in 1994, and together the family continues to learn, grow, face every challenge, and build the business side by side.
1995 — 2002
After their father’s passing, all four brothers work together in the footwear business, keeping the family whole and the business alive through the hardest years, standing by one another, sharing every responsibility, and facing each challenge together.
2002 — 2013
The family expands, Harish and Jagdish move into textiles, building a business from the ground up. Dilip and Girish continue in wholesale, then move into embroidery job work, learning a new trade, building their skills, and growing with every new experience.
2013 — 2017
Harish and Jagdish move into construction, launching Coral Developers, which continues to operate today. Dilip and Girish leave textile operations and begin a completely new chapter, stepping away from the familiar and starting again in an entirely new direction.
1st April 2017
